4. Shipping: 1 to 4 items, add $12.00; 4 to 11 items add $15.00; 12 or more items shipped prepaid in USA. All products shipped insured. Some adjustments based on size, weight, & value of package may be made.
5. Orders outside Continental USA are plus shipping and shipped International Express.
